Rob Walker

President, 4One8

As President of 4One8, Rob is responsible for leadership, capital raising and general administration. Also, he is the founder of Crimson Ventures and has 30+ years experience creating and leading high growth organizations. Rob holds degrees from Samford University and Harvard University. After 27 years in Tennessee, he and his wife Joy recently moved to South Florida. They have three grown children.

Jeremy Brooks

EVP, 4One8

As EVP of 4One8, Jeremy oversees day-to-day operations with focus on land acquisition and project management. Formerly, he was a Land Entitlement and Development VP with a major home builder and has 20+ years of experience in private and public development operations nationwide. Jeremy and his wife Laura reside in middle Tennessee.

Joey Wilson

Engineering

With 4One8, Joey oversees engineering projects and site development and leads communications with home builders. He is the CEO of Wilson & Associates with 35 years’ experience leading engineering and geomatics projects. Joey earned a BS in Engineering from Tennessee Tech. He and his wife Elaine are life-long residents of middle Tennessee and have raised three children.
